The objective was to merge art and gastronomy through a sculptural and ephemeral creation, available as a limited edition at the Meurice boutique, embodying the meeting of artistic gesture and pâtisserie precision.

We managed the collaboration strategy and project execution, overseeing artistic coordination, production direction and the curation of the dialogue between the two universes. The idea was to transform Cédric Grolet’s iconic lemon into a work in the style of Daniel Arsham, combining material, texture and illusion.
Conceived as a collectible, edible piece, this creation reflects our in-house approach: orchestrating conversations across disciplines, balancing meaning and form, and creating experiences at the intersection of design, art and taste.
