
With the ambition to bring together exceptional gastronomy and artisanal spirits, we proposed an unprecedented collaboration between Havana Club and Cédric Grolet: creating the first pastry inspired by the Cuban rum Selección de Maestros. The objective was to design a creation that transcends the codes of both pastry and spirits, uniting two worlds of excellence around a shared idea: illusion as art and taste as emotion.



The project originated within our agency as the concept for the first trompe-l’œil rum baba, a gustatory and artistic object symbolizing the meeting of the artisan’s craft and the intensity of Cuban rum.
The result is a signature piece at the intersection of culinary design and craft, where Cédric Grolet’s expertise and the Havana Club universe converge in a unique sensory experience.
