For the Amex Golden Tickets campaign, American Express wanted to create an exclusive event at the Théâtre du Châtelet: a pop-up Comedy Club featuring a curated selection of the best comedians from the French scene. The objective was to design an immersive and iconic scenography that reflected the brand’s elegance while capturing the vibrant spirit of stand-up, balancing prestige, modernity and pop energy.

We designed a minimalist and contemporary set built around American Express’s signature blue. Geometric volumes, neon accents and mirrored balloons created a contrasting décor that combined light and material to give the space a presence that was both elegant and spectacular. At the center of the stage, illuminated letters reading “Stand-Up Comedy” became the emblem of the evening, celebrating the meeting of performance and audience.
Around the venue, we created immersive pop art-inspired spaces, including a “Express Yourself” photobooth, a visual gallery and an interactive terrace, extending the experience and multiplying engagement points. Our team managed the art direction, full production and technical supervision in collaboration with Agence Spotlite, delivering a coherent, seamless and visually striking experience. This project reflects our approach: precise execution, clear storytelling and scenography that transforms space into an emotional experience.
