For the launch of the new festival Karnaval With Love, our mission was to create a signature set design that would capture the essence of the project: a tribute to the cultural diversity of carnivals worldwide through sound system culture. The objective was to design an immersive and vibrant stage installation, both an artistic object and a symbol of unity, accompanying the festival across multiple dates, from Club Fvtvr Paris to La Seine Musicale.
We conceived the set as a living sound sculpture. Inspired by Caribbean, African and South American aesthetics, the structure combines organic volumes, raw textures and chromatic details, evoking the visual and rhythmic richness of carnivals.
Beyond scenography, our approach created a narrative object, a system that does more than amplify sound, embodying celebration, community and cultural transmission. First presented during Fête (With Love) evenings at @Fvtvr_Paris with @Sixtionevents, @99ginger, @LaCreole_, and @wattsmynameprodnew, the installation will travel to La Seine Musicale, highlighting its itinerant and collective dimension.
